Emily Hannay-Marks General Manager Emily Hannay-Marks | Office Manager
Emily has been a member of NAHAH since February 2012. You will often find her with a smile behind the desk, or in an exam room assisting the doctor. Emily has worked in the Veterinary field for about 8 years, although she did take some time off to pursue her certification in human medicine as a Medical Assistant. However, after graduating and having her daughter, she realized that Veterinary medicine was where she still belonged. Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their pit bull cross, Nora, who takes up a lot of time and attention.

Alyssa Watson | Veterinary Technician
Alyssa started as a Veterinary Technician at NAHAH in March of 2016. With experience in both emergency and general practice veterinary medicine, Alyssa is adept in providing all aspects of care our patients have come to expect. Alyssa graduated Salutatorian of Economics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2014 and holds a BA and Minor in Business. After working with a handful of start-ups and developing a career in marketing, Alyssa realized she wanted a job that did more than pay the bills, and that it was time to re-visit her childhood dream of working in Veterinary Medicine.

After working in the dental field for many years, Donna wanted a change in her life. She decided she belonged in a Veterinary practice and began working at NAHAH in March 2016. Her love for animals and helping people has made the transition easy and fun! When she isn’t cheering for her daughter on the basketball court, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and the families’ two cats, Rosie and Killie.

Elizabeth | Receptionist
Elizabeth is a highly valued member of the NAHAH team, always with a smile on her face to brighten anyone’s day. Her caring and compassionate disposition makes her a favorite among our clients and patients. She recently had another beautiful addition to her family and only works with us as needed because she can’t entirely let us go, but loves being a mom, too!
